Tyler Miller

Dr. Tyler Miller, DSc, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, has over ten years of clinical and academic experience, specializing in advanced pain science, dry needling, and orthopaedic manual therapy. He holds a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Bellin College and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Belmont University , and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Dr. Miller teaches comprehensive post-professional courses ranging from practical pain science and neurodynamics to multi-level dry needling , while also serving as a residency and fellow mentor. Alongside his teaching, he maintains an active research agenda with a strong focus on dry needling safety and mechanisms, alongside studies in pain neuroscience education and student metacognition. Dr. Miller currently serves as a full-time faculty member and the Director of Clinical Education at Belmont University while maintaining an active practice in the community.
