Jennifer DeYoung, MOT, OTR/L, CHT is a Certified Hand Therapist with 30 years of clinical, educational and leadership experience in upper extremity rehabilitation. She serves as Hand Therapy Director and Director of the Hand Therapy Fellowship for Upstream Rehabilitation, where she leads hand therapy specialty program development and mentorship initiatives across the organization. Jennifer has extensive experience in orthosis fabrication education and design, advanced clinical training, and develops structures learning pathways for therapists new to hand therapy practice. She is an active member of the ASHT and serves as Chair of the Practice Division’s Practice Management and Reimbursement Committee. Jennifer is committed to advancing clinical excellence, compliance and professional growth within the field.
