Clare Jackson

Clare, a native of southern Illinois, is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville in Indiana in 2011 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013. Since 2013, she has been working for Results Physiotherapy in the Memphis area.
Initially, Clare practiced primarily in northern Mississippi and later became the Clinic Director in Collierville, Tennessee. She is a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments, a National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) board-certified athletic trainer, and a certified dry needling therapist. Additionally, she serves as the regional site coordinator of clinical education, assisting in placing physical therapy students at clinic rotations for Upstream in the Memphis region.
Clare has been teaching with the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments since August 2013, serving as an instructor and assistant for various courses in sports rehabilitation and the COMT pathway.
Clare is passionate about non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions and advocates for the autonomy of physical therapists as healthcare providers. Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with various sports teams and athletes, conducting on-field injury assessments and injury screenings and prevention using the SFMA, FMS, and Y balance tests.
